Sean has spent his life in this business. Three decades of early mornings, of walking properties before the crews arrive, of learning every corner of Marion County by the yards he's worked in it.
He built R.B. & Company on a simple idea: do the work right, and the work keeps coming. That's what turned a local landscaping outfit into the company UF Health contracts for their grounds, Massey Services sends work to, and every major Ocala community keeps on its approved vendor list.
He still loves it — the design side, the problem-solving, the moment a property finally looks the way the owner pictured it. Thirty years in, he's yet to hand off a job he wouldn't put his name on.
